Wonderful driver
Alec picked us up bright and early after our overnight train. We toured Hue for the day and then he brought us to our hotel in Hoi An. Alec made sure to stop at great stops for us to take in the scenery and grab some amazing photos. We stopped at the pass,Beach, and lagoon along the way. We had wonderful oysters at the lagoon. Alec told us a bit of what we were seeing along the way. At our stops in Hue we hired a local guide to tell us the history of the area. One day private tour of Hue
We went with a one day private tour for our family of 5 and have used VM travel service for this trip. The tour operator operates very professionally from confirming the pick up schedule a day ahead to all the details thruout the day trip. Our tour guide, Mr Hoa Truong, is very professional and speaks excellent English and helped explain all the historical facts for us while visiting the monuments sites. This is important to us since I want my American-Vietnamese children to know and understand the historical facts behind all the sites that we visited. He has made the trip very informative, and I must admit, myself had learned a bit more from the history facts explained. The included lunch at a local restaurant was so delicious with local dishes of Hue. The transport to take us from Hoi An to Hue and back (2.5 hrs drive) was comfortable and the on demand stops along the Hai Van pass was fabulous. Amazing drive through Hai Van pass!

US Jeep Hai Van Pass tour

Two great weeks in Vietnam
